We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to FL. We do not collect sales tax on purchases shipped to states other than the one in which the purchase is made. Buyers who do not pay sales tax at the time of purchase are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable sales and use taxes in their state. States where we collect tax are subject to change.

All orders shipped from the United States are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 days of placement. However, depending on the availability of the gemstones, shipping may take longer, up to two weeks. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

All of our jewelry and other supplies is handcrafted, unique, and produced in limited quantities. As such, we cannot accept returns for refunds if the customer mishandles the item.

• Please note, we don't repair or resize a bracelet if it is the wrong size when it reaches the customer.

• Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item is damaged or lost during shipping. We don't accept returns on clearance items.
