Q: How fast do you ship your products?

A: We normally send all orders quickly as possible within three business days unless is a holiday, then we wait until the holidays are over to send.

Q: Who's your Carrier?

A: All orders are handled by the United State's Post Office. " USPS "

Q: What happens if my order gets lost while traveling?

A:  All orders sent by mail are fully insured by Bowtie Menswear against for lost or damaged. If you don't receive your package in the mail. We will begin the process of investigating your shipment.

Q: How do I order from the store?

A: If you see something you like, just select and add to the shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout to have it delivered.

Q: What payment do you except?

We have merged with PayPal to accept your payment from a Verified account. We accept Visa, Master Card, Express Card, Discover Card, Debit Card and if you prefer an online invoice to be sent on your email just let us know.

Please note: All payment transactions purchases from bowtiemenswear.com, the card payment method that is linked with PayPal or credit card use will be posted on your account, not with us.

Q: How do I keep track of my order?

A:  Once an order is placed in Bowtie Menswear, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: At this time we only sell retail, maybe in the future, we will offer this service to carry our products to other retailers.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: At the moment we are no longer accepting special orders.

Q: Where are your products being made?

A: We are proud to say all of our products are being made in our own sewing studio in the United States in Pennsylvania.

Q: Do you always carry the same bow ties design?

A: No, We like to keep our stockroom fresh by making so many of one design. Once we bring a product online, then it is sold at regular price, on sale, and on clearance price, then next to be discontinued.

Q: Do you except returns?

A: Due to the COVID19, all bow ties and masks are not-returnable and non-refundable because of health protection and personal hygienic.
