For your satisfaction, we have a return and refund policy in place. To initiate a return, please make sure to meet the following requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the return, and the item will be sent back to you at our expense.

  • You must return your item in its original packaging along with a copy of your receipt. We recommend using a standard carrier for shipment and including tracking information.

​

  • To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it - that means it should not be used, opened, or wrinkled, and the tag must remain attached, without being removed. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

​

  • We offer free shipping for orders over $99. However, for private events, a restocking fee of 20% applies to return/exchange requests.

​

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping unless we make an error on our end.

​

  • All items returned will be refunded for the cost of the item only, excluding the shipping fee.

​

  • In case the carrier returns an item due to unavailability at the time of delivery for the wrong address, the customer not picking up, or no place to leave the package, a restocking fee will be applied once a claim starts.

​

  • Expedited shipping costs for special services are non-refundable upon return.

​

  • Please note that return or exchange requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase may not be accepted or honored.

  • Damaged or defective items must be returned in their original packaging with the receipt to receive a refund. Items returned without the original packaging and receipt will not be processed for a refund and will be returned to the customer.

  • Refunds will always be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase, and no exchanges or credits will be given.​​

  • Please note that any items that are purchased through pre-order for single and package deals cannot be returned.

​

  • Merchandise received by Bowtie Menswear in the following conditions is not eligible for return:

     ( Products cannot be returned if they have been altered, appear used, are missing the UPC code, or are from clearance sales. )

​

  • We reserve the right to decline returns due to suspected fraud.
