Customer Service

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will accept your return by the following policy. Below is the requirement to process your return. If the requirement is not met, we have the right to cancel and send it back to you at our cost.

  • You must return your item in the original package with a copy of your receipt. We encourage you to package the products well and use a standard carrier for shipment. Also, include tracking for us.

  • TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURNthe merchandise must not be used, opened, or wrinkled and the tag must be on and not removed in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in our original packaging.

  • We offer customers free shipping for any order of $99.00 and up. However, for a special product service for a private event, a return/exchange request by customers made subject to a restocking fee of will be applied 20%

  • The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping cost unless we made a mistake on our end. 

  • All returned items will be refunded only in the amount of what you pay, not the shipping cost.

  • For items that were returned by the carrier due to unavailability at the time of delivery for the wrong address, customer not picking up, or no place to leave the package, a restocking fee will be applied once a claim starts. 

  • Expedited shipping cost for a special service, is not refundable in case of a return.

  • Return/Exchange requests made later than 14 days may not be honored.

  • DAMAGED and DEFECTIVE, Items returned by mail without original packaging and receipt will not be processed to receive a refund and will be returned back to the customer.

  • NO EXCHANGE or CREDIT, and all processed refunds will be back in the original payment method that was used to make a purchase.

  • Items made pre-order for single and package deals are NON-RETURNABLE.

  • Merchandise that is received by Bowtie Menswear in any of the following conditions is not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  1. Any product returned from another store.

  2. Merchandise with UPC code has been removed.

  3. Any product which appears tapered, customize, or altered in any way.


  5. A product that appears to be used extensively.

  • We reserve the right to reject any returns in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.
