To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will accept your return by the following policy. At Bowtie Menswear, our main priority is for every customer to be happy with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us by email within 10 days of delivery. Below is the requirement to process your return. If the requirement is not met, we have the right to cancel and send it back to you at our cost.

Customer Service

 Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. We will fix the issued.

  • First, contact us by email 10 days of receiving your product to do a return.

  • You are within your 10 days of purchase from the shipping date.

  • You must return your item in the original package with a copy of your receipt. We encourage you to package the products well, use a standard carrier for shipment. Also, include tracking for us.

  • The item must not be used, wrinkle and the tag must be on and not remove in the original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping on their return. 

  • All return items will be refunded only in the amount of what you pay, not the shipping cost.

  • Damaged and defective items returned by mail without original packaging and receipt will not be processed to receive a refund.

  • No exchange or credit and all process refunds will be back in the original payment method that was used to make a purchase.

  • Clearance is non-returnable.

  • We don't charge { No restocking fee. }

  • Items made pre-order for single and package deals are not-returnable.

  • We reserve the right to reject any returns in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.


Refunds: ( if applicable )

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if approved or rejection of your refund and explaining. " why ", If you are approved, then we will begin the process to your original payment method, not including the shipping cost. 

Lost Package: ( if applicable )


Bowtie Menswear is not responsible for lost and stolen packages while delivered to the address confirmed with the order. Packages that may be lost while in transit. The customer must call us to report. We will wait five business days plus the weekend after the original date to see if it arrives late. If by then the package has not been found by the carrier or the customer, then we will begin the process of lost and found. This can take a few more days while an investigation is being made. 

Missing Refunds: ( if applicable )

If the refund was approved and you don't see it in your credit card or bank statement, first contact them to make sure it has been processed by them.
