For your satisfaction, we have a return and refund policy in place. To initiate a return, please make sure to meet the following requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the return, and the item will be sent back to you at our expense.

  • You must return your item in its original packaging along with a copy of your receipt. We recommend using a standard carrier for shipment and including tracking information.

​

  • To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it - that means it should not be used, opened, or wrinkled, and the tag must remain attached, without being removed. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

​

  • We offer free shipping for orders over $125.00. However, for private events, a restocking fee of 20% applies to return/exchange requests.

​

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost, unless we make an error on our end.

​

  • All returned items will be refunded for the cost of the item only, excluding shipping fees.

​

  • If a carrier returns an item due to an incorrect address, if the customer does not pick it up, or if there is no safe location to leave the package, a restocking fee will be applied once a claim is initiated.

​

  • Expedited shipping costs for special services are non-refundable upon return.

​

  • Please note that return or exchange requests made after 7 days after the date of purchase may not be accepted or honored.

  • Damaged or defective items must be returned in their original packaging with the receipt to receive a refund. Items returned without the original packaging and receipt will not be processed for a refund and will be returned to the customer.

  • Refunds will always be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase, and no exchanges or credits will be given.​​

  • Items that are purchased through pre-order—whether as single items or in package deals—are non-returnable.

 

 

  • Jewelry made by Bowtie Menswear LLC is handcrafted and unique, produced in limited quantities. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for a full refund. Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases where the item is damaged or lost during shipping. We also cannot accept returns if the customer mishandles the item or orders the wrong size.

  • Merchandise received by Bowtie Menswear under the following conditions is not eligible for return:

     ( Products cannot be returned if they have been altered, appear used, UPC is missing, including clearance products and specialty products. )

​

  • We reserve the right to decline returns due to suspected fraud.
