• All orders from Bowtie Menswears will be shipped within 3-5 business days. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms.

• We offer free shipping for all orders that are $99.00 or more!

 

• For orders totaling less than $199, a set shipping charge will be added.

• Depending on your location, some items in your cart may require additional shipping fees.​

• To return a product, please email us first to make arrangements.

• We ship to all US states but not internationally or to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

• We provide expedited shipping for an additional fee if the customer contacts us before placing an online order.

• If you return an item worth $99.00 with free shipping, we will subtract the shipping cost from the total and refund the remaining balance.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If it is approved, we will begin the process of refunding the amount to your original payment method. Please note that the shipping cost will not be included in the refund.

• If you have received a refund approval but haven't seen it on your credit card or bank statement, contact the respective institution to ensure they've processed it.

 

• Bowtie Menswear LLC is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen during delivery to the address confirmed with the order. If your package is lost while in transit, please notify us immediately. We will wait for five business days, including the weekend after the original delivery date to see if it arrives late. If the package has not been found by the carrier or the customer by then, we will initiate the process of lost and found. Please note that this process may take a few more days while an investigation is carried out.​​

• If you purchased an item marked as a gift and you decide to return it, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item only. Shipping costs will not be included in the gift credit. Once we receive the returned item and everything looks good, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
