INSTRUCTION: Light one end of the Yerba Santa smudge stick with a match or a lighter. Let it begin to smolder and smoke. Then wave the smudge stick slowly, moving around the perimeter of space or in jewelry. Allow the smoke to circle the space as you go.
When done with the Yerba Santa smudge, extinguish it in a small metal bowl with sand or water. If you extinguish in water, let it dry completely before using again.
