INSTRUCTION: Light one end of the Sage smudge stick with a match or a lighter. Let it begin to smolder and smoke. Then wave the Sage smudge stick slowly, moving around the perimeter of space or in jewelry. Allowing the smoke to circle the space as you go.
When done with the Sage smudge, extinguish in a small metal bowl with sand or water. If you extinguish in water, let it dry completely before using again.
